First week

On the first week of the class, we were introduced to the course which is PBEY 3102, Using and Developing Resources for the ESL Classroom. The one that will be teaching us is Mdm Foziah Mahmood from the Department of Language & Literacy Education.

The overview that I got from the introduction was that the course was mainly about how we as future teachers develop the resources and combine it with technology. We were told to create our own blog eventhough I never had any experience with blogs. It gives me headache and makes me dizzy just by looking on my friends editing their blogs. I questions myself whether I can do as they do it. After several try and error session, I manage to create a blog and now have some followers, LOL, how glad I was.

This blog need to be updated weekly after the class. We need to reflect on what we have learned in the class and write it in the blog. Moreover, we also need to have followers. I am still struggling to understand how this blog works. I need to write my reflection on the blog without fully understanding how it works.

We were also asked to prepare an 8 GB pendrive and a passport picture of ourself. The pendrive will be use in this course and the picture will be used in a form that we need to send to the lecturer.

All and all, I looking forward to the next lecture and all the new things that I will learn throughout this course. I want to gain more knowledge for myself as a future teacher.
