Week 2

On the second week of the lecture, we were asked to elect a leader and a treasurer. We need to elect a leader and treasurer because it will be easier for the lecturer to inform us about anything regarding the course and collecting money for the books or anything that need to be paid.

The lecturer also told us about the correct technique of typing. Our fingers need to be in the correct position or alphabet so that we can type fast enough without looking at the keyboard. We also need to sit correctly because wrong sitting posture will make us tired easily.

As a student, I realize that I need to do many assignments and I need to have good typing skill and it must be fast enough. I will take longer time to finish my works if I type slowly. We were also given software that enables us to practice our typing skill and the time taken in typing. This software was called Typing Master. I have tried it once and the result was not satisfying, I now realize how slow I was in typing.

Before the class end, we were asked to edit our blog and add necessary things to it. I manage to add several followers and I also become a follower myself. I was getting used to this so called “blogging” and I hope that I will be a professional “blogger”. We also answered a questionnaire and buy a book before we end the day.

Wrapping up, I hope that I will learn more new things in the coming lesson. I hope that this course will be enjoyable and knowledgeable to me.
